"To bring Glory to God by raising money to provide for the educational, emotional,
physical, psychological, and spiritual needs of abused, neglected, and mistreated children
living at the Love & Hope Children's Home in El Salvador and, as God provides, ministering to the
marginalized people of El Salvador."
Love & Hope Children's Home
Estabished in 2003, Love & Hope Children's Home cares for orphaned, abused, abandoned and neglected children by sharing the love of Jesus in a family setting and providing shelter, safety and support. Through our staff and volunteers we seek to provide solid examples of Godly living and for our children to have healthy and happy relationships with their biological families.

- Rachel Sanson - Rachel is the founder and executive director of Love and Hope Children's home and serves on the board as a non-voting member.
She is able to bring insight to the board of what is happening day to day in El Salvador and at Love and Hope. Rachel and
her husband, Justin, have three children, Aly, Miah, and Hannah, and have another on the way!
- Kelly Moore - Kelly is a high school Spanish teacher who took a leave of absence from 2010-2012 to serve as a missionary
at Love and Hope. During that time she learned first hand what it's like to live in El Salvador and became more passionate
about helping a generation break the vicious cycles of poverty, broken families and inadequate education. During her time
there she met a very special little boy named Tonio who is now her son! They live in Ohio where she teaches Spanish at
the same school her son attends.
- Gary Klubnik - Gary is a CPA and CFP with decades of experience serving clients large and small. Over the years he
has helped many missionaries navigate the financial challenges of living and serving abroad. He is a frequent visitor to El Salvador where his son, Justin,
serves alongside Rachel.
- Rachel Routledge - Rachel has a passion for Love & Hope after first visiting in 2018.

her husband, Chris, and 2 boys ages 8 and 6. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and has worked
as an employee benefits consultant for over 10 years. Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors, travelling with
her family, and running with her dogs. She and her husband are also part of their local foster care community in Atlanta.
